Courses can be audited for a $250 fee per course. An auditor receives no credits (beyond CEUs for CE auditors) and pays no tuition. Occasionally a course is not available for audit.
The Bigelow Chapel has served as United's community worship space since 2004. It was named after its primary donor and friend of the seminary, Molly Bigelow McMillan. The chapel, designed by nationally known architect Joan Soranno, has won numerous local, regional and national architectural awards. The chapel is the most-eastern building on campus, accessed via the Classroom Wing (Gunnemannn Hall).
Blackbaud is United's course management software and database management systen.
The Campbell Room is a meeting space on the second floor of the McMillan Center, Room 210. It was named in memory of Thomas Campbell, academic vice president of the seminary from 1974-1979. Much beloved, he died tragically of cancer while in office.
United's Commencement services are held on a Sunday afternoon at Plymouth Congregational Church in Minneapolis, Minn. A reception follows at the church.
